When are subscription credits issued?

Subscription credits are issued after Stripe confirms payment for the current billing period. They are tied to that actual Stripe billing period, not a calendar month.

What happens to unused subscription credits?

Unused subscription credits expire at the end of their Stripe billing period. The next paid period receives a new allocation, so unused subscription credits do not roll over.

How does annual billing receive monthly credits?

Annual subscriptions receive one monthly credit slice at a time. Each slice follows the subscription anniversary within the annual Stripe period and expires at the end of that slice.

Do one-time credit packages expire?

No. Credits purchased in a one-time package do not expire and are kept separate from subscription credits.

Which credits are used first?

When you generate an image, we use the eligible credits that expire soonest first. This helps prevent time-limited subscription credits from being left unused.

What happens if I cancel or a payment does not succeed?

Cancellation does not remove credits from an already paid period; they remain available until that period ends. We do not issue a new subscription allocation until a payment succeeds.

Can I change plans?

Plan changes take effect at the next Stripe billing period. Your current paid period keeps its existing credit allocation until it ends.
